My daughter had one plant of long cucumber too many and I took it. This kind of cucumber is grown in glasshouses in Finland. I have no glasshouse, but i decided to try. Well, it happened to become unusually warm summer and this cucumber has given us three fruit already and the fourth is on its way. But next summer I will go back to the short cucumber again. It demands no glasshouse.
