Rufous Milkcap (Lactarius rufus) - Kangasrousku, Pepparriska

Some Rufous Milkcap (Lactarius rufus) waiting to be boiled. These mushrooms must be boiled for 10 minutes and the water thrown away. After that you can make salad or stew or whatever you wish. My favourite salad is to chop Milkcaps and onion, add some sour cream or smetana, salt, and blackpepper. I made some yesterday. Maybe I'll go and have a sandwich just now!
