I was very excited while taking this photo, thinking the bird was the rare LeConte's Sparrow. That happens when birding sometimes. When I see a bird I don't immediately recognize, I start taking pictures right away, figuring I can identify it later from them. This bird turned out to be the rather common Savannah Sparrow.
That is a cracking shot very sharp and a nice crisp clear background,
