Took this in Rockport, Texas near the Gulf of Mexico. The Brown Pelicans are resident there, but the American White Pelicans only winter there. I did not see them together very often. The all brown Pelican is a juvenile Brown Pelican. The White Pelicans are significantly larger than the Brown.
