Thank you for your comments. This technique increases the sensitivity to control the camera. How to drive a car. Different factors have to be in coordination, because we are also in motion.

Just crop down to the woman in the red dress and discard the rest. Give as much room as possible for her to walk into some space. That is where the picture is and you have captured her well!
