I took this photo on Monday when I went for a drive upstate New York with my husband and son.

Beautiful shot. I love how there are lots of red barns in the US. I have seen a few on 365. Ours are mainly old corrugated rusty metal.

@onewing Thank you, Babs. Yes, I never really thought about it but every barn that I've ever seen (in the U.S.) is red. I wonder why. I'm learning so much on this site. I didn't know that there was any other kind of barn.

@april16 Our barns are all corrugated iron and rust! No wooden ones here, none that last anyway, the termites eat them. ha ha.
