@not_left_handed Thank you, DawnLouise! It is so kind of you to stop by and comment! Yes, she appeared to be very tame and interested in me. I found her in a somewhat residential, though wooded, area so she is probably used to interaction with people and she looks well fed so her humans probably give her lots of treats.

I'm thinking that their sense of hearing is extremely good - as quiet as you think you are, they hear you approach from so far away. We have deer around too and there is no surprising them!
