After hanging out in a bird blind off and on all day, I did manage to get a better shot. My goal was to get them together and they gave me plenty of opportunities. It was actually pretty interesting observing them over a period of time, something I never take the time to do. I saw a fledgling leave the box the other day so I don't think there's any babies left. Hopefully they will have another brood.
@annie-sue It’s like a little tent, in camouflage. It’s very lightweight so you can move it around. There’s “windows” that zipper open and shut. Had a tripod and stool, so I was all set up.
@narayani thank you, it was fun. I haven’t drug that thing out in a long time. It really makes you invisible. I also enjoyed watching a wren trying to put ridiculously large sticks into a birdhouse.
