Not only is this a traditional, British Christmas pudding... it's a pudding made in Tiptree, near my home town of Colchester.
A brand that's luxurious and known for its incredible jams we miss it a little bit. So I was very excited to spot this pudding but at $35 it might not make it in the Xmas menu!
