We usually have sourdough and eggs as a weekend treat, but this week I found myself hunting in the fridge for some lunch and some leftover bread and lonely eggs was transformed into scrambled eggs on buttery toast! Not a conventional lunch but damn tasty, 2 days in a row and I think I’m hooked!
