Not quite sure how to name this as it seems quite unusual. Was looking after this, amongst other items, for around 20 years for a friend. Reminds me of those doctor's bags as seen on TV. It is quite small though - 23 cm (9") wide, 15 cm(6") high and 13 cm (5") deep.
