Still learning the ropes with my new Canon EOS 7D Mark II. It's tricky learning how to get the focusing points just right, but I'm enjoying the challenge. To me, the coot's head is not as in focus as I'd prefer. With practice, I'll be able to achieve sharper pictures (I hope!) Then again, maybe I just used too small an aperture (f/6.3). It's a new zoom lens also, so I have much to learn!
I had so much trouble with focusing points, that I went back to using just one in the middle like the old days. When you figure it out, let us know the tricks. Cute Coot.
@houser934 I have a feeling that I'll definitely appreciate it more when I do my macro shots. I do enjoy having control with the focusing. Have you played around with yours much?
