Dire Wolves

I love this child's wonderment at all the Dire Wolf skulls. I thought Dire Wolves only existed in the Game Of Thrones, but apparently they really existed and they are the most common fossil found in the La Brea Tar pits as this fossil display of over 400 skulls attests. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/La_Brea_Tar_Pits
