hotel

So this hotel was built in a city called Bannack, MT, right after the gold rush already happened. No one thought that the mines would play out as fast as they did. As soon as this hotel opened, the mines closed, and this lavish property saw very few guests.
That is sad - it looks strong and still good - perhaps a large family could buy it!

@maggiemae The only people that come to mind that could use a 'house' this size is those polygamist mormons from Colorado City, AZ / Hildale, UT. The houses that they live in are virtual compounds...they have to house humongous families. If you have no idea what I am talking about, here's a place to start: http://wikitravel.org/en/Colorado_City That whole community is.....weird.

I can imagine! But not what I was thinking about - we have accumulatively 21 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren! What a great place to have as a base!
