I've been on hiatus here because I was in Pennsylvania for some family shing-dings. Hubby and I made a trip of it and visited a few sites, this one being the most iconic.
that's a proper crack, though it seems they've 'stopped' it to crack further. I don't know about the liberty bell, so off to google to get some knowledge :-)
In 1992 I saw Bill Clinton give a speech next to this during his first campaign. In my memory it was in a glass enclosure, but I'm guessing you've added a frame. I like the way the treatment has emphasised the texture of the beam.
@laroque Yes, it's still in the same building. I went there once in the '90's, and the big difference today is the insanely long line to enter the building due to security checks. Used to be able to waltz right in!
