I'm so sick of feeling like crap. I want my back pain to be over with already. Getting better, was told to be patient. I am unfortunately not a patient person.
There's nothing like back pain for taking the smile off your face. It's hard to be patient. I recommend mindfulness meditation for pain control, 20 -30 minutes per day. It takes a while to kick in so no quick fix. Works for me and once in the groove I don't need pain killers. Check out 'breathworks'
