This is what every resident that drives the freeway in Phoenix, AZ sees flashing on highway billboards. We are experiencing a problem with people shooting at moving cars on the highway. There have been eleven incidents already, and they caught one guy that started all this as well as some teenagers that have been shooting rocks at cars with slingshots, but the other perpetrators are still unaccounted for. I don't mean to sound like a broken record but why does America need so many guns. Somebody said let everybody have a gun but make bullets so expensive that the nutters can't afford them..it is sad that people just can't live and let live. I
@jack4john where to begin...the problem with guns here is so nauseating. A big problem is mental illness....there is like zero help for those who need it. I saw it first hand.. I went to school with a kid that everyone knew was insane but the powers that be kept him in the classes with us regular kids...in 1992 he shot and killed the vice principal in the hallway, one of the first high school shootings
