Baking for Santa I

Spent a wonderful 3 days with my friends in the Lake District. A messy but hugely enjoyable Christmas Eve morning was spent making gingerbread biscuits and mince pies for Santa. I think we left some for him at least...

That little excited, intrigued almost bewildered expression is super for Christmas Eve! So sweet.
(Cat jumped on my lap just as I was about to get up and hunt the mince pies.. seeing as I had more catching up to do and she's warm I haven't gone looking yet! Nearly finished as is the washing machine so, Coco can only enjoy the warm spot for a few more minutes...) :)
