It was just before sunset and the sun had been out on the quite wet snow most of the afternoon and temperatures were dropping quickly with the setting sun. That's the only reason how I can explain this mist rising from the fields. This was as close a I could get. I wish the verges and lay-bys had not been so hazardous to allow for some more stops - I missed capturing some spectacular moments
