Here, at the peachy hills of Farkashegy (Budaörs), has been launched the hungarian glidering in 1929. On this 50th anniversary a Glider Monument has been built of a pair of Esztergom metal wing, which plane was designed by Ernő Rubik senior. This statue was going to be ruined. The original monument was erected in 1979 but rebuild in 2017 by a workgroup – contaning pilots and volunteers – from Jantar 2 composit wings in order to afresh the fame of this place in the hungarian history of aviation.
