So now that my hubby is out of work I spent today looking for a short UK break away as it's rare that we're off together with the kids. I've been looking at Norfolk, The Cotswolds and Oxford (which is a pretty good base to reach other places). But I'm so undecided. I really wanted to get an apartment but it's easier just to book a Premier Inn. They're pretty decent rooms and the breakfasts are good. I wanted to go to the coast but it's a little chilly. Looks like the best of the weather finished yesterday. And then I thought let's do country but with my dodgy back I really don't think that I could walk that far. So...it sounds like Oxford is probably the best bet. The city break will hopefully mean not too much walking and a bit more things for to do. Maybe...
