Here we go again

my husband tells me all the time that people will get tired of all my collages but i saw this small garage sale in our street and took a picture of it. can't help it: one picture alone does not tell the story of this garage sale. as you know "Some people's Junk is other people's Treasure" ....starting early in the spring until before the snow flies you will find garage sales all over towns and in rural areas. years ago i found them interesting but now i got tired of going to them.

LOL! Is that really a cobra statue?! And did that shoe have a mate, or was it just one single shoe they were selling? I'm definitely not sick of the collages. It's cool to see all the different images!

I love your collages and your commentary, Bruni! I don't think I'll ever get tired of them! Garages sales are fun, if you are finding "treasures". We don't have them in Bulgaria, so when I first came to the USA I found them interesting! How does it feel to be back home? I am sure it will take some getting used to. It was wonderful that you had the opportunity to spend so much time in Germany! I bet you have a lot of beautiful memories and photos to remind you fo your trip! ;-)

Where I grew up in Connecticut we called them tag sales. Here in Richmond they are known as yard sales. Same junk where ever you go!

We don't see too many yard sales here, but often they're a gathering place for people to greet and visit. Years ago I met some folks at a garage sale and we've since become great friends, so that was the best I've ever come home with from a sale!
