You can find this rock which I picked up on a glacier in Alaska in my curio cabinet. Grace my daughter and I were on a Alaskan cruise and one the places for us was a must see. we flew per helicopter to one of the glaciers. a once in a life time experience. we even had to wear special foot gear for it in order not to slip and slide. this trip stands out for me ..a lot more interesting than all the Caribbean cruises we were one- not that I didn't enjoy those too.

Great texture shot. The closest i have been to a glacier was in Switzerland when we were at the foot of a glacier (in the summer). I still found it thrilling.
