In this cattle the pulp is boiled down into a very thin syrup. the fellow asked us if we could tell the difference between a 100% old fashioned made tequila and the store bought kind. except from the differance in taste when you shake his tequila bottle no bubbles rise up up compared to the store bought ones. and even if you drink a lot you'll have no hangover the next day. continue pic. #4
I'm looking at these backwards! Interesting kettle and process to make the liquor. Somehow I don't believe that you can drink all you want and not pay for it!
