Behind the scene

February 11 while re-boarding the cruise ship after going through immigration I took this picture from the gangway. considering that all the supplies for the weeks cruise including like you see here matrazes and all kinds of beddings and stuff, there are way too many other items to mention, I thought this makes a great picture.
You never really think about how many supplies are needed to make a cruise enjoyable for all those passengers.

Very cool picture. I find this quite interesting considering I work in shipping and drive a forklift for a living

@pyrrhula Funny you should say that. we're just two and every draw and cabinet is full. Hans had to build me another huge what we call "Schrank" it's a cabinet with lots of spaces for storing stuff.

it is interesting how fast they can turn the ship around for the next cruise

@hjbenson You're right..we sailed again the same day around 7 pm. I must say everything was organized to the "T" starting with the pick up of our suitcases which had to be in front of out stateroom door by latest midnight. that was the last time we saw them until we picked them up when leaving just before we got to the airport shuttle. the disembarking wan smooth as well and within a few hours all the passengers where off except for the ones that stayed on for the 2nd cruise like us. we were back before lunch time and our cabin was made up for the day. new embarking started at 1 pm.
Thank you for all your comments..truely appreciated.
