We went to a Natural Healer in Orillia which is on the other side of the lake at the top (we're at the bottom of the Lake Simcoe) 1 1/2 hours drive from home. I had a 2 1/2 hr session with him and hope that he helped me a lot..now it will just take time to heal.. still in pain but I'm up and about a bit more..going for short walks. I wouldn't wish this on an enemy if I had one. sciatica pain isn't a laughing matter.
I've been through that, and it is definitely no picnic. Take care of yourself. That ride alone would have been enough to agitate the situation in your back.
@allie912 Oh Allison I thank you so much for catching up on my pictures..I truly appreciate it but it makes me feel bad that I can't reciprocate in the same manner..I can only stand so long in front of my computer as sitting gives me the worst pain. today it's been 2 weeks but I finally got a date for my upcoming MRI..June 9th...it's still a long time away when in pain but I hope they can find the cause of it and hopefully they can do something about it. Hans's arm is heeling..the doctor told him it might take 2-3 weeks.
