It's not the moon but rather the weather that's getting to me. being cooped up in the house and not knowing what to upload is both getting to me..
this is a first in over 3 years. I hope it will pass soon. used an older picture and played in picasa.
I think is the worse picture ever.
i think this is a nice photo Bruni i know how you feel about the weather , im not just saying that about your photo not to make you feel good but i truly like it
For me it`s a possibility to play with older pic`s in Picasa ( and others )and create new ones/ abstracts/collages a.s.o.
I think you did very well with this pic.
It's not a bad photo. Slap yourself for me. I like that you played with it. You gave an old photo a new look and made it an abstract with an amazing yellow color. It's very nice, Bruni! So stop beating yourself up. I hope you can get out of the house soon. I might be housebound the next couple of days due to the storm that's coming. They are predicting up to a foot for us here in the mountain region of my state! Woohoooo! Anyway that was off topic! Sorry. I've been doing that a lot lately haven't I??? I like your pic! You did a great job, Bruni! :)
I know how you feel Bruni! My shot on Jan. 24, 2012 was one of those shots I took on a day I was totally uninspired and exasperated with the Nikon that had been given me. I took a shot of some decorative glass balls and the camera kept going out of focus so I ran it through the hypnotic effect and called it "No Good Shots Today". People loved it, fav'd it and the silly thing made the PP! To this day, I'm embarrassed I posted it! But these kinds of days happen- it's inevitable and life goes in cycles like that. So hang in there! (Oh, and you know that's half the fun of processing with these effects- it's a diversion that sometimes pulls you out of the slump.) In an interesting but pop sort of way this reminds me of a Japanese bamboo painting. I think if you'd put it through the pop art effect on iPiccy it would have looked like a mod poster!
I think it has a great abstract look! You did well, Bruni. Typically I'm a realist but I like to experiment with processing effects every so often. Especially lately :-) Hang in there....spring will be here soon. I hate to tell you what our temp is today but we are "the hot spot in the nation (USA) today." I really would not like to see summer come so soon (skipping Spring?) but I won't complain when I hear of all the cold and snow to the north of us.
I think you did very well with this pic.
