Today is already our 3rd day here in Remscheid, Germany and my first opportunity to send in a picture.
Unfortunately the last day at home I kinked my back and I’m in terrible pain. It’s not getting any better, so I guess I’ll have to see if I can get an appointment on Monday to hopefully see a chiropractor.
To get out of the house for a while we went to the Saturday's farmers market. Walking around a bit isn’t as bad as sitting. I even took a few pictures and hope that in the next couple of days I can spend a bit more time at the computer to at least view and comment on some of pictures.
So sorry to hear you back is hurting so badly , To me, (long) walking is a good treatment for it .
A lovely pic of the market and that beautiful building
beautiful photo Bruni sorry to hear about your back could you not get medical advice whilst you are there take care hope your back can be looked at hope Hans is ok
Lovely shot, Bruni! :) So sorry to hear about your back. I just saw my back cracker today! Yup... He sees me on Saturdays. I get to go to his house 2 mins away from mine! :D I do hope that you can get the needed appointment for your back. In the meantime, use hot and cold combo (but you probably know that). If you are going to be out and about, try some heat wraps that have heat stones in them. They are called ThermaCare Heat Wraps (I hope they have them there!!). I just love this old building. It's absolutely gorgeous. I bet there is history behind it. And it looks quite busy there. Glad you made it over safe and sound! Get better!!!
What a fantastic shot, Bruni. I love that building and all the detail. Looks like a fun Farmers Market. Hope you got some help with your back and sorry to hear that you tweaked it before leaving on your trip. Take care.
I'm belated in viewing your shots, so I hope by now your back has been tended to and you're feeling better. The same goes for me if my back is hurting- it helps to move (albeit slowly!). Great shot- sounds like you are going to have a wonderful vacation!
