@bruni I saw one like it this AM during our walk. In year one I posted one of these and was told it was a caterpillar tent.

Good catch! It does look like the work of a tent caterpillar. Keep your eyes open for them as they will kill that plant rather quickly if allowed to eat to their hearts content.
