Trillium

The White Trillium (Trilliium Grandiflorum) Ontario chose he trillium as its provincial flower in 1937. this white flower grows in the forest in the springtime. it is called the trillium because it has three petals and three leaves. the "tri" part of the trillium means three.
Now isn't it a coincidence, I posted this picture of a trillium and when I went to participate in the Flash back theme, I came up with a picture of a field full of trilliums I posted last year, May 20th..

How by any chance . Just 10 min. ago I did show Ina my latest (flower) pic.`s I did take to day. She make the observation you can do/make a post stamp out of them . I try so but Pick monkey is n`t for free to make this. Now she makes the coffee and I do some 365 and found yours.
In Dutch we say : ``als je over de duivel praat trap je hem op de staart. ``
( Talking about the Devil you will step on his tale ) Great capture of this nice flower and a GREAT processing . Love the explanation of the name.

@pyrrhula Ferry, we call it coincidence. like me posting the trillium and when going for theme flashback theme a picture of trilliums come up which I posted in album 3 last year on May the 20th.
