It would be exciting to see such a brightly coloured bird in front of one! I think @demelo is right, it being a cardinal. Its red beak is so different from normal birds!

Aren't they handsome? They stay here year around so we see a lot of them, yet every time one comes in the yard I am excited! They are so bright and beautiful birds. I think the females are even prettier!! This is a great capture and I do believe he posed for you!! FAV!!
