The poor little sparrows have no chance of ever finishing a nest. the starlings are constantly tearing it apart. we try to shoo them away from the birdhouse, but can't watch them all the time. I took a row of pictures and was going to make a collage, but it looks like my computer is eaten away by a bad virus. I'm using Hans's, but he won't let me upload any editing programs. so no collage. well, I think this picture will tell the story, you don't necessarily have to see the starling in the action.
we'll be shortly on our way to drive up North to Bobcaygeon to our son's place where the entire family gets together to celebrate Easter.
Starlings are nasty birds. I'm sure there's probably a natural way to deter them, but I don't know. You might find info out there in cyber world- of maybe a b-b gun will do the trick!

The house ( best seen in the middle pic.) Is build free from the barn , in front . The barn is much bigger
