Yikes - it's a June bug

Found him upside down on the floor in front of the sliding door. he must've come in while I was on the deck and left the screen door open. I lightened the picture so one can see the details. better still on black.

Unusual sight for me. For some fortunate reason, the house we live in has no bugs besides bees and butterflies in the yard. No mosquitoes either.

@bruni Oh double yuck, he was alive? I hate June bugs cause if they get on you they cling to you and that freaks me out big time!!! Nice of you to carry him outside. I would have stomped him but he's too big and would have made a mess!! LOL Our June bugs are also dark brown or that green metallic!!
