One more flower

I came across a flower bed at Edwards Garden with this interesting looking flower. also saw the same flowers growing on small tree. now I wish I had taken a picture of the tree too.
Like to add it to the pictures to reminds us of Children's Cancer Awareness.

This flower I can`t identify from this pic. I`ve some guest but I`m not sure.
It`s a pretty one ,for sure .
