Old For Sale Sign

We must've driven by this old weathers For Sale sign a thousand times from the looks of it and have never noticed it before. In fact we have gone into this branch in Newmarket at times as we bank with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in our town in Keswick. the entrance to the bank is on a side street.

I wonder if the telephone number is out of date! Does not look appealing to buy!

I always wander why no body take action to replace /restore it. It`s not a great advertisement now.
I think Canada is as old as our country with also a great Indian history.
