The other day I had so much fun trying out different ways to enhance/change a picture in picasa, so I said to my myself, why not. I came across this one from way back in 2007.
@wintivic Sorry for the late reply. you asked the other day how I processed my picture. I used Picasa and just tried out various applications. one can always cancel it and try another one and when applied you can still add something else on top. I thing I used two.
