What have we here

Too early in the season for leaves to change colours.
I rather thinks those spots are some kind of bug. well I picked up the leave and put it on a napkin to take a picture of.

Your tree probably has maple bladder galls or gall mites. So I have discovered! And one should prune and dispose as @pyrrhula says!
