Thank you everyone, Me and Mrs Bulldog had a lovely walk round before taking this shot of symmetry in the cemetery.
The nicest part of the walk was stopping for a moment at the stone of one of my sons close friends, who tragically died at the age of just 15, from a very rare teenage cancer. He was such a brave boy and during his treatment and with the help of his parents, he set up a charity and Rob's wish to raise £100,000 for research "to ensure that other teenagers know about this rare and very aggressive disease". RIP Rob.
Oh and thanks for the note about Highgate Cemetery, I may have to pop over there soon Alison.
Thank you for your kind words Linda & Erica.
Although Rob passed away in Sept 2007, with the help of his friends and family, this target was atchieved in 2009 and secured three years of specilest research and continues to raise funds to keep the research into DSRCT going beyond the three years, with a hope of finding a cure.
Wonderful play on words...sad but inspiring story of young Rob. I have seen a couple of other instances of brilliance and beyond from the young who know their time is short.
