Oct 06: 'Creativity'

So there you go, I created a butterfly, by slicing it our of an apple.
Yes, I did it... It wasn't the little people, or the Bots, It was me..

This would be fun no matter what but the caterpillar makes it all a FAV and good way to take ownership of your genius.
October 6th, 2012
lol. But where did you find a caterpillar this time of year?
October 6th, 2012
Brilliant!
October 6th, 2012
What a very creative and original idea Bulldog! You will be making flowers out of radishes next! Was the caterpillar transported in from the nasturtiums by any chance? ;)
October 6th, 2012
Blimey you are a genius.wasted talent I say!!
October 6th, 2012

Thanks everyone. I really appreciate each and every one of them and yes Pat. It was.

@pandorasecho @rosiekind @tishpics @fannyb @monkeykid @cjphoto
October 6th, 2012
Nice one too. I see the caterpillar crawled away from the knife in this shot.
October 6th, 2012
Your originality and creativity knows no bounds, were you a chef in a former life methinks?!
October 6th, 2012
Great creativity....you should be writing books, I tell ya! Either that or teach Kindergarten! lol
October 7th, 2012
Deb
I love your sense of humor!
October 7th, 2012
Looks like you had a cheering section though. Good shot!
October 7th, 2012
@daisy - He did look a bit scared.
@jackie8 - Thanks Jakie and yes I did train as a chef but have not used these skills for about 30 years.
@lynnb - Or maybe writing books for a Kindergarden?
@deburahiru & @olivetreeann - Thanks Deb and Ann
October 7th, 2012
@gphelps5 Haha!
October 7th, 2012
Very creative. I love it.
October 7th, 2012
This is seriously awesome! Very creative and fun shot :)
October 7th, 2012
so creative .... did you eat your creation/
October 7th, 2012
Cool idea! Will the caterpillar turn into another appleflutterby?
October 7th, 2012
very creative - good job! I failed for this word as I'm not creative in the slightest... I did take some nice photos though so when I've decided I might have a go at a bit of 'creative explaining' and see if I can count it for the list, hehe!
October 7th, 2012
And a little bit of help from the caterpillar? :P
October 7th, 2012
Thank you Margaret and Rachel
@rachelmackenzie @maggie2

@lesip - I eat most of it but not the bit that had been crawled on.

@dulciknit - providing it doesn't get eaten by one of the pretty birdies

@roachling - You don't have to do every word, the idea is to do as many as you can but there are no rules.. Apart form trying not to get crumbs in your bed...

@cally Hi Cally, yeah, he help a bit//

@gphelps5
haha, yes I know, I didn't do all in September so I thought I'd have a go at the whole month this time ... was going ok until 'creativity' which has never been my strong point, hehe!
October 7th, 2012
You could just pull back the bed sheets and look at the creating pattens the crumbs made, or even read them like you would with tea leaves?
@roachling
October 7th, 2012
@gphelps5
lol! Crumbs don't last long in my house as I'm a clean freak. I've sorted my photo now anyway.
October 7th, 2012
Great shot, and I nearly missed the Caterpillar.
October 7th, 2012
So now we know that caterpillar is an apple butterfly?
October 8th, 2012
Very clever. I thought that you found it in the apple, but probably not. One of my worst fruit experiences ever was finding a wiggly worm in my nectarine. At least it was the whole thing and not a half worm.
October 9th, 2012
How fun! I might have to learn how to do this for my 5 year old.
October 9th, 2012
Lyn
Oh, heavens. . .I was so entranced with your carving skill that I almost missed the caterpillar!
October 10th, 2012
Ha ha ha, it's a good job I didn't miss the caterpillar when I later ate this. Thanks for your comments Lyn & Bernadette - @cookie123 @lyno

It could well be Paul - @webfoot

There can be nothing worst than finding half a caterpillar in your apple - this one didn't actually like the apple, he preferred to eat my flowers - @amandalomonaco - http://365project.org/gphelps5/365-additions/2012-09-08

I would be quite upset if your five year old could do it - it took me ages! - @mstipe
October 10th, 2012
Great chiselling! Always an alternative form of income through sculpture then!
October 10th, 2012
Ha ha ha, Thanks Mike
@caddick
