So yesterday Mrs B decided we should do a gentle 8.5 mile bike ride to loosen up my back.
I have not ridden a bike for years but I was happy to borrow my sons to gently peddle along the very flat Phoenix Trail from Princes Risborough to Thame.
From a distance I thought these figure may be witches (for Halloween) but as we got closer we saw they were 'wee' (small) rabbits. As I slowed and stopped to take a photo and Mrs B pulled up beside me, you can imagine how I felt as I forgot that my feet were in the peddle straps and I gracefully fell over, into Mrs B crashing us both to the floor. Oh how we laughed...
Once on the floor (and with a bad back) Mrs B kindly removed her bike from my head and my bike from between my legs, helping me to get up and amusing a couple of dog walkers.
We continued our ride and by the time I got back to the car, I could move at all.
Apparently is was 'A lovely ride'...
At least your camera came to no harm but I bet you felt silly! Hope you have no after effects. Oh! And are you sure these are rabbits? They look like Kangaroos with antlers
You always seem to find little folk/animals everywhere. I don't know how you do it. Your story made me laugh as I was imagining you all tangled up in the bikes. Hope your back and your saddle are not too sore today!
Ouch, I wouldn't recommend a bike ride for a sore back, hope you not too sore today. Weird and interesting find, makes me wonder why the rabbits are up there.
Hahahahaha. Wish Mrs B had grabbed your camera and recorded the bike tangle. I used to have peddle straps but soon got rid of those when I fell off too many times!!
