The word of the day is resolution and I have made three this year:
Resolution #1: To walk at least 1,000 kilometres during 2014. This shot was taken today, the second day of my challenge, in Wendover Woods.
Resolution #2: To regularly do my exercises and stretches, in order to prevent my back pains. (this one has not started too well as I slipped while walking today.
Love your shot!! And very good resolutions too. Last year my resolutions were to clean up my diet and to get fit (going to the gym and running - at kleast 5 times a week). I am pleased to say that with a few minor slips I have kept it up. Best thing about it is how much better I feel! Keep it up....you'll be glad you did :-)

Looks a beautiful place for a walk!! I will try to keep up with your walking resolution too - with Finlay's two walks a day I should be able to manage it even with my dodgy feet and knees!! LOL!!
