So the phants are sticking around and the cold weather guys are heading off (hopefully for good).
Even the little people have now realised that this could be a long wait and have started to move the benches in.

Good that the elphants are back, poor Tufty is still a bare bear, the work of the little people seems to me like all the construction sites ( the ones the public pays for anyway) I've seen nobody really working but a lot of place to take a seat and admire the work
