This is great! They have put some more upright chairs in for Pat and her friends and even given her a table to put her tea on.
It also looks like Chris has now been there so long that the postman is delivering his mail to him?
It looks like the swimmers have started moving in on Tufty's pool - I hope it doesn't suddenly turn blue - Nice to see some appropriate amenities in place for Pat & her friend - Does Chris have somewhere to go at night? I've been worried about him & now with the Postie making deliveries I am concerned that he may be homeless!
It looks like they have been replaced by a tap (just nxt to the lady walking away in the red custume).

the tap only provides water into the pool !! Tufty really needs a spray of water all over !! AND by the look of things some one has recently sprayed him -evidence , A water droplet on one of his eyes !! --perhaps PHANTS visit at night !!
Good to see Pat has a solid chair and table for her tea. I think this postman is working extra shifts to deliver the letters to Chris must hav been express mail- wonder how has send the letter.
