This boy and perhaps his brother (barely see the top of his head behind the wave) were absolutely ecstatic about the ocean... plunged right in the surf in their jeans... I imagine it was the first time they had ever been to the beach.
Oh this so wonderfully captured the spirit of childhood. Reminds me of my childhood spent at the beach. Love the joy here and the great lines of the pier. Such a treasure this shot!! Fav!!!
