Empty Shoes

After my thread sparked a load of comments yesterday I decided to have a go at empty shoes. I think it was HumphreyHippo who first suggested it, and then a few others commented on the power of empty shoes.

These belong to my Dad. My Dad is my hero. He is suffering with a number of medical conditions that have really effected the quality of life but he still remains so positive. He is an inspiration to me. These are his comfy slippers, empty only while he is down the garden.

Do I hit an emotional spot with this one? I am not sure.
