At this time of year the salt lakes are partially dry,so it's possible to walk across a good part of them.Rosie and I saw various wading birds....Small Egrets,Grey Herons and Black Winged Stints.Couldn't get any decent shots as they were quite a distance away and the afternoon sun was in a difficult position.In winter these lakes are crowded with Flamingoes.
