@robz yes Rob. It is interesting that I went from a Roman theater in Verona to a Roman theater in Amman. We have just visited a very well preserved Roman town in Jarash that reminded us a little of Pompei. I will post at least one photo from there. Thank you for your comments

Love the contrast with the stone steps. Loved Amman, as the 'mayor' took me in to stay with his family which was a wonderful connection. (Usually I was camping in my car in the desert.)
