Nice shot.. though I was looking for the 'dog' in the shot that @joysabin mentioned.. but realized it meant to read fog.. pleased I am not the only one that does this sort of thing.
I feel for you as I have, in my time, suffered from back problems, and I am still very, very careful not to overload mine. It's a lovely shot of your friend though. Yoga is good!
