Everything about this photo screams 1980s to me, from the vibrant Kodak-y colors to the subject matter, which was a favorite of my father. And, as I discovered, it's a lot harder to take a photograph of a bee than one would imagine. As soon as I walked to the shrub that is typically swarming with bees, they all fled. So, while there's not much technically distinct about this photo, it reminds me of my father, it's in focus and I didn't get stung, so I consider it a success!
