@graemestevens Thank you. And you're right! Sometimes it's just a matter of taking a moment to stop and see what my options are, especially when I'm trying to capture a "real" moment rather than a posed one.

I keep finding myself drawn to others' photographs that focus on things other than faces, so I've been trying to do that more, especially since my children are my primary subjects! Helps to add variety, I think, and challenges me to create a story without a face. I'm not always successful, but it's fun to try.
